Andy Humphries
'The whole week was excellent, well delivered and my confidence has grown a lot. Andy's feedback and pointers have given me things to think about, I would definitely look him up if he is still coaching in the area when I next return'. (Mrs. E.D. / Jan '08)

Andrea Vitton
‘I really liked Andrea's quality and enthusiasm of teaching. Also the fact that Andrea encouraged us by anticipating our progress during the week, so that by the end we knew we would be parallel skiing’. (Ms. C.E / Feb ’08)

Cedric Lemaitre
‘Really enjoyed the off piste experience, liked the all the information about the mountain environment as well as the ski technique advice’. (Mr. S.B. and Mr. T.B. / Mar ’08)

Christophe Jorly (Part-time)
‘Christophe is an excellent coach. He went through technical coaching clearly and used individual exercises to help both the individual and the group. He talked about snow conditions and how to adapt, about the reasons why some slopes are better based on their aspect and at the end of each lesson suggested the best skiing in the afternoon. He's a valued employee...you must keep him!’ (Mr. P.H / Mar ’08)

Craig Fraser
‘Craig was just a brilliant instructor. He was able to see our individual strengths and weaknesses and give us tips to work on during the day. Craig was patient, good fun and I'd recommend him to anyone. I'll be back for Level 4 next year. Thanks for making it such a great week’. (Ms. S.F. / Mar ’08)

Elena Spalenza
‘Elena was extremely positive and her manner was informative without being overly technical. Such was Elena's popularity that further lessons were booked by our party.... It was also good to see Elena in the resort throughout the week and on all occasions Elena not only recognised us, but remembered our names and on one occasion gave me some much needed help!’ (Ms. W.G. / Mar ’08)

Euan Wright
‘Euan was an excellent coach - he had pitched the teaching at the right level so we were all challenged - I really felt I progressed this year and learnt lots of tips - Euan had great exercises and a clever and interesting way of teaching the technique. Lots of fun - a great teacher - best I've had’. (Ms. J.P. / Feb ’08)

Fabrizio Malisan
‘Fabrizio made the 2 afternoon technical lessons really enjoyable. He explained everything clearly and was extremely enthusiastic and keen to ensure that everyone in the group progressed. My skiing improved a lot during the two afternoons. We all enjoyed his singing on the lifts!’ (Mr. G.A. / Mar ’08)

Iain Sinclair (Part-time)
‘Very relaxed feel to the lessons, great instructor and I still learnt a lot!’ (Mr. S.H. / Jan ’08)

Jerome Lacoste
‘I really enjoyed the joint then individual focus during the three-hour session; concentration on technical improvements which we could then practice during the following days. Jerome made the learning through coaching fun’. (Ms. J.G. and Mr. M.F. / Mar ’08)

John Gass
‘Jon was an excellent coach. He was extremely flexible to cater for our needs as a small group of varying abilities. He gave us all confidence in a very relaxed manner. Thank you’. (Ms. D.W. / Feb ’08)

Julien Page
‘Julien was a brilliant, brilliant teacher. He was very patient, funny, made you laugh, set you at ease, made you feel confident in what you were doing. You could trust him to look after you. He taught my friend and I, we both said that he "made" our holiday’. (Ms. K.L.P. / Jan ’08)

Laurent Pilet
‘I enjoyed Laurent's humour and attention to our skiing needs. Also, his advice to start slow worked out. I'm truly enjoying skiing now after the courses!’ (Mr. K.Y / Mar ’08)

Lorenzo Sebatianelli
‘We wanted to be able to ski red runs with more confidence. Lorenzo took this very broad brief and gave us the best two hours of coaching we could have asked for. His approach was to do a lot of skiing with a few exercises to put his lessons into practice. It was great and we can now both ski loads better’. (Mr. D.D and Ms. H.R / Mar ’08)

Luca Baraldi (Part-time)
‘I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the fun element and the clear and concise explanation of problems, which were catered to each individual. We were a team that encouraged each other & had a laugh along the way’. (Ms. L.M. / Mar ’08)

Luca Dalla Palma (Part-time)
‘My private lesson with Luca was very helpful, he is a very good instructor, and we had a good laugh too’. (Ms. H.K. / Feb ’08)

Marco Tomasello
‘Marco's coaching enabled me to take the leap of faith and finally ski parallel. My leg muscles ached considerably less with the tips that were given. Thanks a lot Marco’. (Ms. J.L. / Mar ’08)

Marco Villa (Part-time)
‘The kids all had a great time and really enjoyed their courses and private lessons’. (Ms. L.G. / Feb’08)

Martin Cincelli
‘Martin was a FANTASTIC coach! Despite my being desperately nervous, Martin was sensitive and skilled enough to get the very best out of my session. Learning to ski at 54 goes against a lifetime of instincts which scream at you when on the slope and with Martin I was able to trust what he taught me and realise that it worked. It takes a special skill to pitch your coaching at exactly the right level of your client and I consider Martin has those qualities. I want to come back next January and continue my progress. Please, please make sure he comes back to New Generation next season!’ (Ms. G.C. / Apr ’08)

Roy Henderson
‘My lessons were brilliant. From the start they were relaxed and 'confidence building' with Roy giving us each lesson some more points to work on......             .....I have never enjoyed ski lessons so much and this is down to Roy's excellent teaching style’. (Ms. C.B. / Dec ’07)

Thomas Manfredini
‘Thomas was an excellent coach. He immediately got Jude and Luke's confidence despite them being quite nervous. They were complete starters and got to a level I had not been expecting at the end of their first week. He was able to make the week really fun for them and they learnt so much. They now adore skiing which is just want we wanted! He is a super star’. (Ms. S.H. / Feb ’07)

Tom Saxlund
‘I really enjoyed the whole approach of coaching rather than teaching. Each student was responsible for their personal outcome and had to design it themselves. I learnt more in 10 hours than I have previously learnt in 3 weeks of full time instruction’. (Mr. M.P. / Mar ’08)

Tommaso Capietti (Part-time)
‘Toto stretched the group at times but at no point at all did I think he was taking us somewhere I couldn't handle and it made the week extremely enjoyable as well as vastly improving my skills. Thank you’ (Ms. J.D. / Mar ’08)

Warren Hogben
‘Kate thoroughly enjoyed the lessons she had with Warren. Kate gained in confidence enormously and is adamant that we should come back next year and wants to do another course with you’. (Mrs. S.B. / Mar ’08)

Méribel

Agnes
‘Agnes is an experienced teacher. Her skills of instructing were excellent. She speaks excellent English’. (Ms. L.N. / Jan ’08)

Claude Decagny
‘Claude was fantastic. I've always been at the back of the ski class and yet Claude made us all take turns. Thanks to Claude I've moved away from Blue runs and have spent the last day and half just doing reds. His tuition gave me this confidence’. (Ms. G.R. / Mar ’08)

Dave Meyer
‘We received very good individual feedback. There was an excellent mix of skiing and coaching. Dave was a very positive and enthusiastic coach’. (Ms. A. N. / Feb ’08)

Emmanuelle Dumloard
‘I enjoyed the positive attitude of Emmanuelle, she gave good tips’. (Ms. T.W. / Feb ’08)

Gaelle Ruffier
‘Gaelle clearly knew her stuff and I found her very encouraging, positive, very patient and a very, very good instructor. Gaelle always made us laugh and always mentioned little details during the lessons which made huge difference. I would say that I couldn't have asked for a better instructor and Gaelle made my first ski trip perfectly enjoyable and I couldn't have asked for more. I would like to see her again in my next trip to Meribel and I would strongly recommend 'New Gen' and Gaelle to anyone’. (Mr. S.S. / Feb’08)

Lee Laird
‘Lee's clear instructions and good sense of humour, patience, encouragement and enthusiasm made our lessons. He knew how to 'get the best out of us' and how to make us relax’. (Ms. F.S. / Jan ’08)

Michael Bates
‘Mike Bates was laid back but with a positive attitude towards coaching. We were in small groups and were not being pushed beyond our capabilities and safety’. (Mr. B.W. / Jan ’08)

Zoe Cambell
‘Zoe was excellent in every way; she was patient and fun and watched me all of the time, even when I thought she could not see me! I had total confidence in her and enjoyed my week and will definitely try to book her next year’. (Ms. E.T. / Mar ’08)

Les Arcs

John Thomas
‘John took on a group of 6 children with an age range of 11 down to 6. They all had the most fantastic time and more importantly were able to ski really well by the end of the week! John is a natural teacher and the children adored him - as one of the group said 'John you are the best teacher in the whole of the universe'! We are definitely coming back next year! PS Does John teach 48 year olds who are scared of heights?!’ (Ms. F.D.S / Feb ’08)

Ruth Mosley
‘‘I really appreciated the personal attention - and the fact that it was (somehow) both consolidating and yet stretched me and definitely was an improvement on my technique.’ (Mr Mc.C. / Feb ’08)

Jessie Pitt (Part-time)
‘I really enjoyed the way that what we learned in the two afternoons in the clinic all came together on the second afternoon. Teaching was made simple and clear and as a result, I skied better that I have done before on the last few days of the holiday. I moved off the plateau that I had been on for several years now. It was a very enjoyable lesson with a great atmosphere. Please thank Jessie for us, tell her that "dodgy 1" and "dodgy 2" are both incredibly grateful to a really nice person and an excellent ski instructor. We would love to ski with her again’. (Mr. J.S. / Feb ’08)

Val d’Isère

Andreas Jorgensen
‘Everything about the lessons was first class. Val is a great place to ski and a great guy to ski with. Andreas is a credit to the company’. (Mr. A.S. / Jan ’08)

Ben Rudolph
‘Benjamin was fantastic- a truly great teacher, in addition to being an amazing skier. He is good with adults and children alike. We could not have asked for anyone better and would go to New Generation again due to him, even though there are so many options’. (Ms. K.W. / Apr ’08)

Blair Aitken
‘Brilliant coaching from Blair. Was not pushed into things we weren't confident with. He gave me some really helpful tips that I will use in the future. Will be booking with New Gen again next year!’ (Ms. M.V.E. / Feb ’08)

Ed Clarke
‘Our 2 lessons were great, Ed was a fantastic instructor giving both of us clear guidance which we could follow and then build on. We took a great deal from our lessons and it made our week. Ed was really friendly, an excellent communicator’. (Ms. J.C. / Mar ’08)

Verbier

Andy Galbraith
‘I really enjoyed Andy's versatile style of coaching. My improvement was visible every day. Andy is a brilliant instructor!!’ (Ms. K.M. / Jan ’08)

Daniel Brandreth
‘As a first time skier, I was obviously quite nervous & apprehensive, however Dan took into account our individual abilities & provided us with different ways of learning on a personal level. The fear was taken out of skiing and fun was added. By mid-week we were skiing down blue and relatively easy red slopes, with a smile. I came away from this holiday with confidence and a passion for skiing, and I would like to thank Dan & the New Generation Team for providing such an excellent service. I shall definitely be returning for some more ski slope action.’ (Ms. L.G-W. / Feb ’08)

Dave Barnet
‘Barney was a really good coach, good drills and tips and made the lessons really fun too. Good balance of technique drills and enjoying the skiing. Good to be taken down some things with an instructor that you might be reluctant to try otherwise!’ (Ms. N.C. / Mar ’08)

David Kilby-Edwards
‘David was amazing. He knew how long we had and tailored our coaching to fit. He was clear, methodical and constantly adjusting his teaching to fit our various needs. By the end of our short stay we were flying down blue runs with confidence that we never thought we would be able to do just a few days before. We will ask for him on our return and look forward to those reds!’ (Mr and Mrs. G.K. / Jan ’08)

Jason Copas
‘I found Jason an excellent instructor. Recognised the level of our skiing immediately and had us skiing pistes we wouldn't have thought we could.’ (Mr. P.C. / Mar ’08)

Jim Wilkins
‘Jim's enthusiastic "you can do it" attitude to teaching, coupled with his good humour, made the lessons both informative and fun at the same time.’ (Mr. T.W. / Mar ’08)

Pete Miles
‘Pete gave us each individual feedback throughout the 3 days of ski school which was great as we all had different development points. I also enjoyed the mixture of drills and regular skiing that we did.’ (Ms. C.D. / Mar ’08)
