Ski School Experience

Location

Courchevel, France

Introduction

The new BASI rules state that once you have completed your Alpine Level 1 Instructor course, you need a First Aid Certificate, your child protection module and 35 hours experience before you can work on a dry / indoor slope. Before you can attend your Level 2 Instructor Course a minimum of 70 hours of ski school experience is required.

Here at New Generation we find shadowing and taking part in lessons delivered by our BASI trainers and grade 1’s to be the most effective way of gaining ski school experience. So why not join us on one of our ski school experience weeks. The New Generation course gives you 35 hours of Ski School Experience. At the end of the course our BASI trainer will give you a letter confirming these hours. You will then need to pass this on to BASI.
