Hi, I'm originally from London and went to University in Manchester. I studied History and Sociology and then…decided to become a ski instructor. In the summer I work as a Personal Trainer in London (check out www.trainwithjake.co.uk for more information) - and I love having the chance to teach people the things I'm passionate about.

So far I've worked in Whistler, Tignes, Zermatt and, for the past 3 seasons, Verbier. I was lucky enough to start skiing at 4 and I don't ever want to stop!

Who Inspires You?

My family and friends.  Most British comedy also Mike Myers, Adam Sandler and Will Ferrel . Those guys at JWH too! Oh and free running videos...

It's all about the inside ski...
