Ski School and Ski Instructor Courses

Welcome to Val d'Isere Ski & Snowboard School

We have a highly qualified International team led by Scottish trainer, Blair Aitken.  Blair has helped to build the Val d'Isere ski and snowboard school from a one man band to 6 full time instructors. Over the last few years he has hand picked his team to ensure that Val d’Isere continues the New Generation tradition of offering high quality coaching for all levels of skier and snowboarder.

The Val d’Isere team will be running a programme of groups, technical video clinics and private lessons throughout the season. During peak periods we will run mainly children’s lessons in the morning with private lessons and clinics in the afternoon.

We strongly recommend you book ski / snowboard lessons before coming to resort as we are a small ski school and run small groups. If you do have any questions in-resort you can find us in the Fat Face shop in the centre of town.

Thanks for a great season

Thanks to everyone who has supported New Generation this season. The snow was superb and we are already looking forward to next year! We are now selling lessons for the 2009/10 season but are not wishing the summer away - fingers crossed for a sizzling summer in the UK and then let it snow, let it snow!

More snow! (24 Jan 2009)

30cm of snow fell overnight making conditions extremely hazardous. Lifts are now starting to open again so we can't wait to see what it is like at the top. On piste conditions are set to be amazing but please be careful if you go off piste as it is likely to be very unstable in places
