Here at New Gen we’re passionate about delivering incredible mountain experiences. We’ve 19 years’ experience helping people develop technique, build confidence, and have fun. In that time, we’ve learned what makes a good trip great, and that it’s the little things that count. So whether you’re a skier or boarder, it’s your first time, or your fiftieth, our team are on-hand to make sure it runs like clockwork. You are on holiday after all!

Putting our customers first.

We’re passionate about providing an excellent experience to each and every client, both on and off snow. Which is why we employ both a sales team and customer service team year-round. From the time of booking, through to your time with us on the snow, and long after the snow has melted, our friendly and experienced team of instructors and support staff are here to help, and ensure you leave grinning from ear to ear. So whether it’s choosing the right lesson, or picking your group level, our team can offer their experience and advice to guide you through the process. And with a dedicated team in-resort to help with any queries or concerns around the clock, we’re never far away.

Sharing the love.

We’re pretty lucky, we realise that. We get to live and work in some of the most incredible resorts across the Alps. And the view from our office window does not suck. We want to share that love of the mountains and snow sports with our clients, of all ages and abilities. Which is why we offer a wide range of lessons and adventures, for tiny tots through to those young at heart. From group lessons for beginners and intermediates through to technical clinics and off piste adventures, we’ve got something to help you get the most out of your holiday. And for the little ones we’ve got a full programme of kids’ lessons for ski demons aged 4 – 13yrs, as well as a programme for teens too. We know the future of your ski holiday depends on them having an awesome week. Their fun, safety and improvement is at the forefront of our minds at all times.

Speaking your language.

With a largely English-speaking client base, all our groups and clinics are delivered in English, by fluent English speakers. But we also have a wide range of language skills within our instructor teams, from French and German, to Russian and Dutch, so do let us know if you have a particular language requirement and we’ll do our best to help.

“Only beginners need ski lessons”

We beg to differ. Whoever said that, never saw the grin on someone’s face after finally learning to float through powder, without losing a ski. Or finding some hidden line, with the help of a local guide. And while being able to “get down anything” might seem like a reason to go it alone, wouldn’t it better to ski anywhere with style? And to learn to grip on ice, rather than hold on for dear life. We’ve been there. We were all beginners once, and many of us have seen people learn the hard way.

First class instruction.

We spend a lot of time sourcing and recruiting the best instructors from across the world. In fact, meet Adam. Adam is employed year round to do just that. We’re lucky enough to have some of the best Italian, French and Slovenian instructors, as well of course as our team of Brits. All are fluent in English but all offer much more than that. Our highly qualified instructors are hand-picked to ensure that they’re not just awesome skiers; but that they have the people skills, personality and local knowledge to ensure you leave happy, every time.

We’re still learning.

As we come into our twentieth year this year we’ve been thinking back to where it all began, and the journey we’ve had along the way. We might not always have got it right, but we’ve been incredibly lucky to have learned from some amazing people. We’re committed to development and innovation which is why we’re proud to be an official BASI (British Association of Snowsports Instructors) partner, with many of our team BASI trainers and mentors. We’re continually learning from our team, from our clients, and from our partners, and we’ll use these experiences to help ensure we continue to provide a service than meets or exceeds your expectations.
