Since I was a kid my whole existence has revolved around outdoor activities as my dad encouraged me to run around barefoot, climb trees and swim in cold water. With such a background when I grew up I fell more and more in love with sports like snowboard, skiing, surfing, skateboarding along with triathlons. After competing in a triathlon as a junior professional in national and international competitions, I found myself interested in the understanding human movement and how to take sport performance to its limit and so I decided to pursue a degree in sport science at Cambridge.
My degree combined with my sports passion gave me the opportunity to travel and explore the world, spending time surfing in between Australia and Portugal, and snowboarding in amazing places such as Iceland, Canada, and Norway. I do not do well indoors, and that is why I decided to teach snowboarding and surfing spending the summer season in warm Portuguese waters and the winter on the picturesque slopes of the Austrian Alps.
