La Plagne Ski & Snowboard School

Our La Plagne Ski and Snowboard School opened in 2015, and we haven’t looked back since. Our Resort Manager Vanja has been there with us since the start and truly loves sharing the amazing ski resort with each and every one of her clients.

Vanja heads up a close-knit team of three, fully-qualified instructors who love La Plagne as much as she does. They are all fluent in English and know the resort inside and out, to ensure you can get the most out of your lessons.

Our La Plagne ski school offers all types of lessons from small and friendly kids groups to high-performance technical clinics and everything in between. Our team have passion, local knowledge and the experience to ensure you can make the most of your ski holiday.

Staying elsewhere in Paradiski? We also offer lessons in Peisey Vallandry and Les Arcs 2000.

Where you’ll meet your instructor

The New Generation La Plagne Ski School meeting point is in La Plagne 1800, but our instructors are very flexible. Please get in touch to discuss options if you’re staying in another level of La Plagne. For private lessons, we are happy to meet anywhere in La Plagne. We just need to know at the time of booking to allow us plenty of time to meet you. Our New Generation ski instructors are easily identifiable in their bright orange uniforms.

La Plagne FAQ’s

Got questions about your ski lessons? We’ve got answers. Check out our FAQ page. Or if you have questions about La Plagne specifically, check out our La Plagne Ski Resort Guide.

Beginners (Level 1 and 2 adults and children in Whippersnappers and Wallabies) will only need a Cool Ski pass for at least the first day or too. This can only be purchased by the day. After this time a La Plagne pass will be sufficient.

For all our other groups we recommend a La Plagne pass for our lessons, except for our Explorer guided courses, for which we recommend a full Paradiski pass. Advanced skiers or boarders may also want to invest in the latter to make the most of the whole ski area.

You can find La Plagne lift pass prices here.

There is a regular free bus service in La Plagne which links Plagne Centre, Plagne Bellecote and Plagne 1800. This runs from early in the morning until the early hours.

In addition, a free cable railway links Plagne centre to Plagne Aime 2000, Plagne Centre to Plagne Village and the most popular one, Plagne Bellecote to Belle Plagne. All of which run from 9am till 00:30 am.
