Courchevel 1650 is a special place for New Gen. We’ve been here for 15 years and taught over 70,000 people in this time. From the fantastic teaching slopes of Granges and Marquis to the incredible off-piste in Les Avals, Courchevel Moriond offers top-notch skiing and snowboarding.

Dave Morris (race coach, BASI trainer and examiner) heads up a close-knit team of friendly instructors who are raring to help you learn and have fun on the hill.

Our ski school shop is right in the centre of town, beside the bakery and just down from Rocky’s bar. Please pop in to say hi to the team.

We meet on the slopes by St Agathe drag lift (at the top of the stairs as you come onto the hill).

We run small groups which fill up quickly in peak weeks, so we’d recommend booking with us before you come out to resort. You can also book lessons with us in our shop when you’re out here. We share our shop with the lovely Boot Lab boys who help us and our clients get our feet fit for skiing adventures.

Meeting Point

The New Generation meeting point is situated underneath the first pylon of the Ariondaz telecabine. Go up the escalator, through the glass doors at the top and up the stairs immediately in front of you. The meeting point is up the slope between the two drag lifts. New Generation ski and snowboard instructors are easily identifiable in their bright orange jackets and pants.
