Ski School and Ski Instructor Courses

Welcome to Vallandry Ski School

We have a small but strong British team in Vallandry led by British trainer, John Thomas.  John is one of the top British trainers working in France. When he is not teaching in ski school he is an examiner for BASI (British Association of Snowsport Instructors).

We run a full programme in Vallandry, groups for beginners to intermediates, afternoon ski clinics for intermediates to advanced and private lessons for all levels.

We strongly recommend you book ski lessons before coming to resort as we are a small ski school and run small groups. If do have any questions, or only decide you would like lessons when in-resort call our main office (0479010318) as we do not have an office in Vallandry

330km, 6000m of climbing , 1 bike, 1 day

In June this year I (John Thomas) will be attempting to ride my bike around Mont Blanc, no big deal you might think, but here are the details:

I'll be starting in Bourg St Maurice, France, travelling over the Col du Petit St Bernard into Italy, down to Aosta, over the Col du Grand St Bernard, down to Martigny in Switzerland, over the Col de Forclaz, back into France over the Col des Montets, through Chamonix, onwards and upwards to Megeve, Ugine, Albertville, Moutiers and eventually back to Bourg. Why am I doing this? To raise money for Great Ormond Street and to challenge myself!

Staying in Les Arcs, Peisey, La Plagne?

Although our team is based in Vallandry  and most of our lessons start there, we frequently serve the skier needs of people far and wide across Paradiski. We are often able to travel to other parts of Les Arcs and even La Plagne to make it easier for our customers to have lessons with us. If you are staying in Arc 1600, 1800, 1950 or 2000, and you are unable to get to us, then contact us to see if we can come to you. Montchavin and les Coches are other options that we can often service. Email us
