Are you organised, friendly, and ready to work in one of Austria’s most iconic ski regions? We’re looking for a Ski School Coordinator to join our team in Lech / St. Anton am Arlberg, where you’ll play a key role in creating smooth, high-quality experiences for our guests and instructors alike.

About the Role

As a Ski School Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact between our guests, instructors, and management. You’ll help ensure the ski school runs like clockwork by managing lesson schedules and keeping communication clear and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Respond to customer phone calls and emails with professionalism, warmth, and clear information
• 📅 Schedule ski and snowboard lessons, coordinating guest bookings and instructor availability
• 🧑‍🏫 Support ski instructors with day-to-day scheduling, resolving queries, and handling last-minute changes
• 📝 Keep booking systems and schedules accurate and up to date
• 🤝 Deliver top-tier customer service to help make each guest’s visit outstanding

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in customer service, coordination, or administration (ski industry experience a plus)
• A calm, solutions-focused attitude under pressure
• Comfortable working with computers and scheduling systems
• German language skills are a big plus
• A passion for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain life
