Italian Ski Instructor Qualification
I learned to ski at 4 years old, taught by my dad. I live in Torino, so every weekend and every holiday I’d head up to the mountains in Monginevro to ski. From 4 to 8 I attended ski school every winter, then from 8 until I was 19 I trained with a ski club, competing in regional and national races as well as several FIS giant slalom and slalom competitions. My best skiing memories are winning my first race as a kid – and becoming a ski instructor. Alpine skiing is still what you’ll find me doing in my free time.
I became an instructor because I wanted to turn my passion into a job, and my favourite thing about it is helping people improve their skiing technique. This will be my first full season, teaching piste skiing and race training in Meribel and Courchevel.
In the summer I enjoy going out with friends, play basketball regularly, plus some tennis and mountain biking – and I’ll be starting work as an electrician.
