Get to know Lorenzo

Hey there, I’m Lorenzo. I’ve been skiing since I was three, all thanks to my dad and uncle who got me hooked in the beautiful town of Pratonevoso, Italy, right in the Piedmont mountains. I started with a local ski group and even competed nationally until I turned 20. Now, I get to share my love for skiing as an instructor in the stunning areas of Meribel and Courchevel!

Why did I choose to become an instructor? Simply because the mountains feel like home to me. They’ve shaped my life and continue to inspire me every day. There’s nothing more rewarding than sharing this love with others and witnessing their joy as they conquer the slopes.

In my free time, you’ll find me embracing the thrill of ski touring, ski mountaineering, and steep skiing. One of my most cherished memories is standing atop Mondolé, my home mountain, under a starlit sky after an unforgettable ski tour.

When the snow melts, I swap my skis for climbing gear and surfboards, travelling in my trusty van to explore new terrains. With a degree in Biology, I find a balance between the thrill of the mountains and my academic pursuits.
