Welcome to Les Arcs. Our meeting point is in the heart of Arc 2000, and this page gets you there with time to spare.
The Meeting Point (All Group Lessons)
We meet in the centre of Arc 2000, between the tourist office and the lift pass office. You’ll see us in front of the Bois de l’Ours snack bar, by the tree. Look for our instructors in their green New Generation jackets.
- Head to the centre of Arc 2000.
- Find the tourist office and the lift pass office.
- We’re between the two, in front of the Bois de l’Ours snack bar, next to the tree.
The meeting point is at the village level, so you don’t need a lift pass to reach it.
Find it on your phone:
When to Arrive
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your lesson starts. If you’re coming up from another village, add time for the shuttle or the Cabriolet.

Getting Here
Staying in Arc 2000? You’re moments away. The meeting point is in the village centre, a short walk from most accommodation.
Staying in Arc 1950? Take the Cabriolet, the open-air lift linking 1950 and 2000. It’s free, needs no lift pass, and runs from early morning until late evening. If you’re on skis with a pass, you can also ski across.
Staying in Arc 1600 or Arc 1800? Free shuttle buses connect all the Les Arcs villages throughout the day.
Coming up from Bourg-Saint-Maurice? The funicular runs to Arc 1600 in about seven minutes, and it’s free on the day with a valid ski pass. From 1600, take the free shuttle to Arc 2000.
By car: The Les Arcs villages are largely car-free, so use the car parks in and around Arc 2000, which can be pre-booked. From the car park, it’s a short walk to the village centre.
What to Bring
- Your lift pass. You don’t need it to reach the meeting point, but you’ll need it for the lesson itself. The lift pass office is right beside the meeting point if you still need to collect or fix a pass.
- Skis, boots, poles and a helmet, fitted the day before if you can. See our Les Arcs ski hire guide
- Suncream, water and a snack for the kids.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are flexible. We’re happy to meet you elsewhere in Les Arcs, including if you’re staying at another level, but please let us know at the time of booking so try to accommodate your request. If nothing is arranged, your instructor will meet you at the group meeting point in Arc 2000.
Running Late or Can’t Find Us?
Don’t worry, we’re here to help. Call or WhatsApp our Les Arcs team, and we’ll guide you to your meeting point or put you in touch with your instructor.
