Welcome to La Tania. Both our meeting points are right on the village’s snow front, so finding us on your first morning is easy.
First, Check Which Meeting Point Is Yours
We have two meeting points in La Tania. Your lesson decides which one. The good news: both are at the village level, and you don’t need to ride a lift to reach either.
Main Meet Point, by the La Tania gondola (skiers at blue run level and above):
- Adult Group Lessons, Levels 3 and above
- Children’s Group Lessons: Bombers, Rockets, Freeride and Proride
- Private lessons at this level, unless you’ve arranged somewhere else
Beginner Meet Point, at the Kodiak magic carpets (complete beginners to green run level):
- Adult Group Lessons, Levels 1 and 2
- Children’s Group Lessons: Whippersnappers, Wallabies and Arrows
- Private lessons at this level, unless you’ve arranged somewhere else
Not sure of your level? Check your booking confirmation, or see our Find Your Level guide.

Getting Here
Staying in La Tania? You’re moments away. The village centre is car-free, and everywhere is a short walk from the snow front.
Skiing in from Courchevel or Méribel? Ski down to the La Tania snow front, and both points are right there. You’ll need a valid lift pass for the lifts on the way over.
By ski bus: A free ski bus links La Tania with Le Praz and the other Courchevel valley villages, and no lift pass is needed on the bus. The La Tania stop is on the main road behind the Hotel Montana, with a public lift to the left of the hotel entrance connecting the stop to the village.
By car: La Tania’s centre is pedestrianised, so park at the car parks at the entrance to the village and walk in. Outdoor parking after snowfall can mean digging the car out, so leave a little extra time.
What to Bring
- Your lift pass. You don’t need it to reach either meeting point, but you’ll need it for the lesson itself. If you pre-ordered passes, the collection machine is near the sales point by the gondola.
- Skis, boots, poles and a helmet, fitted the day before if you can. See our La Tania ski hire guide.
- Suncream, water and a snack for the kids.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are flexible. We can meet you at your chalet, hotel, or anywhere that suits you, but please tell us at the time of booking, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request. If nothing is arranged, your instructor will meet you at the meeting point for your level, as above.
