Frequently Asked Questions

Why Book Your ISIA Training with New Generation?

A clear pathway beyond your ISIA qualifications

Level 3 or ISIA is where many pathways stop. Ours is built to carry you further. You can step up from Level 2 into our two-block Level 3 training in Verbier, with the option to Work & Train (for New Generation instructors) or join Training-Only if you’re not working with us. From there, strong candidates can move into our full time teams and continue towards Level 4 and beyond as part of a long-term development pathway across the New Generation brand.

Join a team, not a crowd

This isn’t a “turn up, train, go home” setup. We treat serious candidates as future colleagues. You’ll train in small groups (max six per coach) with clear standards, feedback, and a plan—so you always know what you’re working on, and why.

A ski school first

We’re not a tour operator bundling third-party coaching. We’re a working ski school in Verbier. That matters because our training is grounded in real teaching, real clients and real expectations—professionalism, consistency, and performance that holds up when you’re on the mountain.

Proven, long-term quality

With 28 years in the Alps and 11,000+ five-star reviews on Feefo, we’ve built our reputation on standards and results. The same culture that drives our guest experience drives our instructor development: clear feedback, high expectations, and the support to meet them.

Why Choose New Generation

Why Choose Verbier for Your ISIA Training

Verbier is one of the best places in the Alps to prepare for your ISIA or Level 3 because it demands — and develops — complete skiing. The 4 Vallées is known for steep pitches, big vertical, and serious off-piste. It’s no accident Verbier has hosted the Freeride World Tour finals for years.

For Level 3, you need more than tidy turns on friendly terrain. You need performance that holds up when the slope steepens, the snow changes, and the pressure rises. Verbier gives you that range in one place. Long, consistent pistes for clean technical work, plus steeper and more varied runs to test accuracy, timing and control.

The lift system also matters. Fast access means more quality laps, more repetition, and better feedback loops — the difference between “getting a session done” and making measurable progress week after week.

In short, Verbier supports the full Level 3 process: build strong mechanics, stress-test them in demanding conditions, and develop the consistency and decision-making you need to ski — and teach — at a professional standard.
