Available Position: Customer Support Team Member
Are you a great communicator? Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience? Do you fancy a change of scenery? Then we’d love you to come and join our Customer Support Team for the winter season 2022-23!
Based in Courchevel 1650, this is a rare opportunity for an office-based role within a busy ski school. You would work full time (35 hours a week) assisting with the smooth running of day-to-day ski-school life. This role would be great for a dynamic, personable individual to make the best of both worlds; enjoy working as part of a fun and supportive team AND take advantage of excellent skiing and the beautiful Alps, right on your doorstep!
PERKS: 2 full days off a week, contribution towards your lift pass, free ski/board lessons when we have space, and discounts for friends and family.
REQUIREMENTS: You will need to have an EU passport or the right to work in the European Union for this role. The ability to speak and understand French would be advantageous, but this is not a requirement. Experience of working in customer support based roles is also a plus, but not essential. We will provide you with all the training you will need.
