Work and Train Scholarship – St Anton and Lech

Our schools in St Anton and Lech will be the new base for our first Scholarship programme. We offer 100 hours of training in groups of 8, delivered by world-class coaches.

How training & work are structured

• Plan first, share early: We publish the training plan up front so you can organise your season.
• Right group, right coach: Training groups are split by qualification and ability. Talented skiers may train with higher-qualified peers.
• Broaden your experience: You’ll rotate through different coaches and ski regularly with your teammates.
• Lead and inspire: Select candidates may run workshops for lower-level groups (in addition to the 100 training hours).
