How training and work are structured
- Plan first, share early: We publish the training plan up front so you can organise your season.
- Right group, right coach: Training groups are split by qualification and ability. Talented skiers may train with higher-qualified peers.
- Broaden your experience: You’ll rotate through different coaches and ski regularly with your teammates.
- Lead and inspire: Select candidates may run workshops for lower-level groups (in addition to the 100 training hours).
