Where to Meet for Your Méribel Lessons

Welcome to Méribel. Our meeting point is at La Chaudanne, the main lift hub, and this page gets you there with time to spare.

The Meeting Point (All Group Lessons)

We meet in the Chaudanne area of Méribel, at the far side of the lift pass office. It’s the same building as the Tougnette bubble. Look for our instructors in their green North Face New Generation uniforms.

1. Head to La Chaudanne, the main lift area at the bottom of the slopes.
2. Find the lift pass office in the same building as the Tougnette bubble.
3. Walk around to the far side of the building. We’re right there.

The meeting point is at the village level, so you don’t need a lift pass to reach it. Watch a short video on how to get there.

When to Arrive

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your lesson starts. This ensures that we can begin your lesson on time. You can find your lesson start time on your booking confirmation.

Getting Here

Staying in Méribel Centre? La Chaudanne is a short walk from the centre, down at the bottom of the slopes.

Staying elsewhere in the valley? The free Méribus shuttle runs seven days a week and stops at La Chaudanne, linking Mottaret, Méribel Village, Les Allues and the other hamlets. Real-time timetables are on the 3 Vallées app. If you’re on skis with a valid pass, you can also ski down to the Chaudanne snow front.

Coming up from Brides-les-Bains or Les Allues? The Olympe gondola runs from Brides-les-Bains to Méribel Centre through the day, with stops at Le Raffort and Les Allues. You’ll need a lift pass to ride the Olympe. From the top station, La Chaudanne is a short walk.

By car: The closest car park is Parking Couvert Les Rhodos. Once parked, everything at La Chaudanne is within walking distance.

What to Bring

• Your lift pass. You don’t need it to reach the meeting point, but you’ll need it for the lesson itself. The lift pass office is in the same building as our meeting point if you still need to collect or fix a pass.
• Skis, boots, poles and a helmet, fitted the day before if you can. See our Méribel ski hire guide
• Suncream, water and a snack for the kids.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are flexible. We can meet you at your chalet, hotel, or anywhere that suits you, but please let us know at the time of booking. If nothing is arranged, your instructor will meet you at the group meeting point at La Chaudanne, as above.
