Welcome to Peisey Vallandry. Our meeting point is right on the Vallandry snow front, and this page gets you there with time to spare.
The Meeting Point (All Group Lessons)
We meet at the bottom of the Vallandry gondola, lift number 74 on the piste map. Look for our New Generation flags, and for our instructors in their green New Generation jackets. The New Generation Peisey Vallandry Ski School meeting point is situated at the bottom of the Vallandry Gondola lift (No 74). It is immediately adjacent to the main lift queue on the right-hand side. Look out for our promotional flags, we’re right next to the giant piste map.
- Head to the Vallandry snow front and find the Vallandry gondola.
- Stand facing the main lift queue.
- We’re immediately to the right of the queue, next to the giant piste map, with our flags flying.
The meeting point is at the village level, so you don’t need a lift pass to reach it.

When to Arrive
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your lesson starts. This ensures that we can start your lesson on time. Check your booking confirmation for your lesson start time. Private lessons start at the time on your booking confirmation.
Getting Here
Staying in Vallandry? You’re moments away. The gondola and the snow front are a short walk from the centre.
Staying in Plan Peisey, Peisey or Nancroix? The free shuttle bus links the villages throughout the day, running roughly every 30 minutes between Plan Peisey and Vallandry. If you’re on skis with a valid pass, you can also ski across to the Vallandry snow front.
Coming up from the valley? Daily buses connect Landry railway station with Peisey-Vallandry during the season.
By car: Good news. All public car parks in Peisey-Vallandry are completely free, winter and summer, and there are car parks near the lift departures. The Centre Vallandry car park by the cinema is free, and the covered Parking des Roches (70 spaces, 2 metre height limit) is another free option.
What to Bring
- Your lift pass. You don’t need it to reach the meeting point, but you’ll need it for the lesson itself. You can collect your lift pass from the lift pass office, which is approximately 20 meters from the meeting point.
- Skis, boots, poles and helmet, fitted the day before if you can. See our Peisey Vallandry ski hire guide.
- Suncream, water and a snack for the kids.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are flexible. We can meet you at your chalet, hotel, or anywhere that suits you. Let us know your preferred location at the time of booking, and we’ll let you know if we can approve your request. If nothing is arranged, your instructor will meet you at the group meeting point by the Vallandry gondola, as above.
Running Late or Can’t Find Us?
Don’t worry, we can help. Call or WhatsApp our Peisey Vallandry team, and we’ll guide you or connect you with your group.
