Andrea Sartori

I grew up near Monte Baldo, where I’ve skied most of my life, first taught by my dad. I started racing at 7, won the U16 regional championship in GS and Super G, and took two 6th places at the Topolino. I then raced FIS for five years, reaching 30 points in GS, winning three FIS junior races, and 50 points in Downhill and Super G. In my free time I like freeriding and carving—but mainly, I like to go fast. My best skiing memory? Probably Christmas morning skiing with my dad.

I became an instructor to share my passion for the mountains and skiing, and my favourite thing about the job is seeing people improve and overcome their struggles. I’ve been instructing since 2020—and there’s no summer for me: I spend it working as a ski instructor in Australia.

When I do have time off, I’m a bit of a nerd—I love trading card games and board games, and I like playing chess even though I’m bad at it! I also enjoy plenty of sports, mainly basketball, tennis and padel.
