Qualifications
Fully qualified French National Ski Instructor (BEES)
I first learned to ski at the age of four, taught by both instructors and my dad. Although I didn’t grow up in the mountains, skiing quickly became a lifelong passion. I competed a little during my university years, mainly in slalom and giant slalom, with some downhill as well.
These days, I enjoy a mix of piste and off-piste skiing, depending on conditions. One of my most unforgettable ski memories dates back to around 1988 in Les Vallons de la Meije in La Grave—a year when the gondolas weren’t running, leaving completely untracked powder from 3,600 metres all the way down to 1,400 metres. I became a ski instructor out of a deep passion for skiing and the mountains, and what I love most about the job is passing on something exciting and meaningful to people of all backgrounds, whether sporty or not. Over the years, I’ve also been involved in training future ski instructors, which has been a hugely rewarding part of my career. Outside of winter, I enjoy hiking, running, and travelling.
Alongside skiing, I hold a Master’s degree in Law, a Master’s in International Business, a Mountain Leader (AMM) qualification, and I’m a fully qualified French National Ski Instructor (BEES) and instructor trainer.
