I’m Italian and I grew up in a village called San Sicario, in the Italian Alps. There are only 50 of us who live there and we’re like a big family. In San Sicario, the first time I skied was when I was three years old with my grandfather and my father. From that day on, I haven’t stopped skiing. I used to go to school in the morning and then go training in the afternoon. I raced for Ski Club Sansicario until I was 18, where I then decided to quit my racing career and in 2016 I became a ski instructor: my life’s dream. I have always worked in Sansicario but this summer I went to teach in Chile. It was a fantastic experience and I also learned how to speak Spanish! My family have a farm and a restaurant, so when I’m not teaching or travelling, I help them. Teaching skiing is my dream job and I love doing what I do. I have done some volunteering work and worked with disabled people which was really fulfilling! I want to transmit my passion for this sport on to you. You just need to be patient and motivated!
