Here are our COVID-19 ski school updates at New Generation. It is absolutely crucial for us to stay on top of the latest COVID news in terms of ski resorts, countries’ regulations and travel guidelines. Which is why we’ve put in place flexible terms to suit your needs in 2021 and beyond. So that when you book with New Gen, you book with confidence. Here’s what we’re doing for you.

2020.21 & 2021.22 Winter Season COVID-19 Ski School Terms

We’re confident we will all enjoy a great upcoming winter season, but we also understand that there are many concerns you may have regarding travel and booking your next ski holiday and ski lessons. We know that travel restrictions and guidelines may change at any moment in the coming months, which is why we’ve created new flexible solutions for you. These are our COVID-19 ski school updates…

All bookings for Winter 20.21 and 21.22 come with the following 3 New Generation guarantees* as standard.

1. Financial Guarantee – 100% Refund Until 45 Days Before Your Lessons

Any bookings made for 2020.21 and 2021.22 may be cancelled and lessons will be fully refunded up until 45 days before your first lesson starts. No questions asked.

2. Flexibility – Defer Your Booking for Until 2025 – At No Cost

Need to move your lessons? You now have the option to defer your lessons until April 30, 2025, at no additional cost (extended from the original 2 year deferral). You must let us know no later than 28 days before the start of your first lesson.

3. New Generation COVID Cover

We’re also well aware that the COVID-19 situation may change over the coming months, in which case we’re offering extra reassurance for you. If one of the following happens exclusively due to COVID-19, we are offering refunds listed below.

  • You are prevented from travelling as a result of national or international government imposed travel restrictions.
  • You are sick with COVID-19 (you must provide a medical certificate/positive COVID-19 test as evidence).
  • Total resort closure due to national or local government action.

2020.21 Bookings80% refund up until 7 days and a 70% refund up until 48hrs before the start time of your first lesson

2021.22 Bookings – 80% refund from 28 – 8 days before your first lesson and a 70% refund up until 48hrs before the start time of your first lesson


If you would prefer zero risk, you also have the option to pay a small fee for a 100% refund guarantee.

Zero Risk – 100% Refund Guarantee Option

We are now providing an option for you to add a ‘100% Refund Guarantee’ onto your booking. For a small fee of 7% of your booking, selected and paid for at the time of purchase, we’ll guarantee a full refund up until 48hrs before the start time of your first lesson. Please note the fee is non-refundable.

*Where applicable, these terms supersede our standard Terms & Conditions. Bookings made using credit or gift vouchers are not eligible for a cash refund and a new voucher will be issued for the appropriate amount.

Your safety in our lessons has always been of utmost priority. And in a COVID world, we have to take additional safety measures into account as well. We know the situation is evolving and safety guidelines are ever changing.

We have set in place our COVID-19 In Resort Protocols for each country in which we operate. Please head to that link to find the latest information about what you can expect from your lesson in resort. We are keeping a close eye on government regulations in each country, and will be updating that page regularly.

Rest assured we will not be making any changes to our lessons that would inhibit our current ski and snowboard safety procedures that we already have in place. By no means will we make any changes that would hinder our ability to keep you safe on the slopes as usual.
