In the initial weeks following the closures, we were all hands on deck assisting our clients whose ski holiday was directly impacted. However, since then, we’ve been busy reevaluating our services to ensure they are more flexible than ever to suit your needs. So that when you book with New Gen, you book with confidence. Here’s what we’re doing for you.

2020.21 Winter Season COVID Updates

We’re confident we will all enjoy a great upcoming winter season, but we also understand that there are many concerns you may have regarding travel and booking your next ski holiday and ski lessons. We know that travel restrictions and guidelines may change at any moment in the coming months, which is why we’ve created new flexible solutions for you.

All bookings for Winter 20.21 come with the following 3 New Generation guarantees* as standard.

1. Financial Guarantee – 100% Refund Until October 31, 2020

Any bookings made for 2020.21 may be cancelled and fully refunded up until October 31, 2020. No questions asked.

2. Flexibility – Defer Your Booking for 24 months – At No Cost

Need to move your lessons? You now have the option to defer your lessons for up to 2 years, at no additional cost. You must let us know no later than 28 days before the start of your first lesson.

3. New Generation COVID Cover

We’re also well aware that the COVID-19 situation may change over the coming months, in which case we’re offering extra reassurance for you. If one of the following happens exclusively due to COVID-19, we are offering a 70% refund up until 48hrs before the start time of your first lesson:

  • You are prevented from travelling as a result of national or international government imposed travel restrictions.
  • You are sick with COVID-19 (you must provide a medical certificate/positive COVID-19 test as evidence).
  • Total resort closure due to national or local government action.

If you would prefer zero risk, you also have the option to pay a small fee for a 100% refund guarantee.

Zero Risk – 100% Refund Guarantee Option

We are now providing an option for you to add a ‘100% Refund Guarantee’ onto your booking. For a small fee of 7% of your booking, selected and paid for at the time of purchase, we’ll guarantee a full refund up until 48hrs before the start time of your first lesson. Please note the fee is non-refundable.

Your Safety in Our Lessons

Your safety in our lessons has always been of utmost priority. And in a COVID world, we have to take additional safety measures into account as well. We know the situation is evolving and safety guidelines – such as social distancing – will likely change before December. Therefore, we are keeping a close eye on government regulations in each country, and will include any additional safety measures as and when required.

We will update you on the state of play before the 31st October 2020.

Rest assured we will NOT be making any changes to our lessons that would inhibit our current ski and snowboard safety procedures that we already have in place. By no means will we make any changes that would hinder our ability to keep you safe on the slopes as usual.

2019.20 Winter Season: Clients Affected by COVID-19 Ski Resort Closures

For our clients who were impacted by the COVID-19 ski resort closures in March and April, we’ve been in touch with each person individually. We’ve offered personalised refund and credit solutions for all our clients, as we know a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t actually suit all.
