My Story

I grew up in Chile, and learnt to ski at the age of three, with my family. Everyone in my family enjoys skiing, so we would regularly go on family trips. I have definitely inherited the passion for the mountains from my parents and I love any place where you can ski!
When I was young, I joined the local race team, which I later became the coach for. I have done many seasons, and I love to travel. From the Andes (Nevados de Chillán) to the Alps (Zürs am Arlberg), I love to do any sport, and I need it for my mental health and happiness.
Of course, I had to work at some point, and I became a history school teacher. I’m also a sociologist so I love to have interesting conversations about life. My hobbies include playing the guitar and knitting beanies for my small business – check it out on Instagram @mantisheadwear.
If you’re coming to Arlberg, make sure that your ski instructor will take you on a trip around this huge ski area. And of course, enjoy the views.

Top Tip

The best skier is the one who’s having fun.
The control of your skis starts in your toes, they have to be always in contact with the floor, that’s why the ski boots have to fit you perfectly.
