    Hi I have two teenagers that need group ski /snowboard lessons , I have been offered 5 morning of 3 hours with our tour operator at £179 each not sure if this is reasonable or not ? First ski day will be the 14 th of April.

    Please advice .

    I feel a bit disgruntled that you won’t apply this retrospectively – we had two children with you for half term lessons (in Courchevel 1850) and rebooked again for Val d’Isere at Easter, just narrowly missing this offer – I don’t really feel that our loyalty has been rewarded for coming back directly to you. If we had delayed and shopped around a bit I’d have saved money! Please feel free to give me a call to discuss – you should have my booking details. thanks.

    Great to talk to you on the phone just now. Thanks for taking the time to feedback on the offer and the logistics of getting a discount. You raise a really good point about us rewarding loyal customers and it’s something we’re working on right now. This offer was actually a trial run for a loyalty programme and it sounds like we didn’t get it right. So it’s great that you are happy to help us work out a way of doing this fairly over the summer. I’ll be in touch when we have a better idea of the programme – hope you have a lovely time in Val d’Isere next week.
